Delete your SELAS account

SELAS is an app by ONBIT VIET NAM COMPANY LIMITED, on the App Store and Google Play. You can delete your account and its data at any time, without contacting us.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open SELAS and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Delete account.
3. Enter your password (or confirm with Apple if you signed in with Apple), type DELETE, then tap Delete my account.

Deletion happens immediately and signs you out on every device.

Without the app

Write to support@getselas.com from the email address of your SELAS account, with the subject “Delete my SELAS account”. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, then delete it and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and email address, your Plan, your History and notes, notification settings and device registrations.
• If you signed in with Apple, SELAS asks Apple to revoke its access.

What is kept, and for how long

• Database backups may hold a copy for up to 14 days before they are overwritten or deleted.
• A small deletion record with random identifiers and the deletion date, without your email, so that a restored backup cannot bring the account back.
• Support messages up to 24 months and internal security records up to 12 months, unless the law requires longer.
