Terms of Use

SELAS is provided by ONBIT VIET NAM COMPANY LIMITED (business registration / tax number 0315283217), Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. These Terms govern use of the SELAS app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms, subject to rights that cannot be waived by law.
What SELAS does
SELAS helps adults set an illustrative goal for Bitcoin accumulation by the end of 2029, explore a possible monthly amount, receive scheduled accumulation steps and keep a History of their own decisions.
In the current version, steps are normally scheduled for the 5th, 15th and 25th of each month from 08:00 Viet Nam time (UTC+7). A delayed step may be published later, no later than approximately 20:00 on the same date under the current rules. A step normally remains available for up to 24 hours from publication, but may pause, expire or be withdrawn sooner as conditions change. A step has a market reference price and an upper reference threshold; neither is a guaranteed executable price.
Steps follow predefined market-data rules. An operator may review a step, or it may be published automatically after the eight-minute review period if no action is taken. Do not assume that every step has been individually approved by a person. The current release does not issue additional unscheduled accumulation steps. We may update the rules with appropriate notice; the information displayed with each step governs its current status.
When you choose “See my estimated amount”, SELAS uses the Plan you entered and your recorded activity to show an illustrative amount. In the current model this is capped at 30% of your monthly planned amount, less applicable amounts already recorded for the month. You are not required to follow any step.
What SELAS does not do
SELAS does not hold your money or Bitcoin, connect to your bank or exchange accounts, execute trades, or transfer funds. Recording a step in History stores your own response; it does not verify that a transaction took place.
SELAS presents information and calculations for you to consider. It does not assess your full financial circumstances, investment suitability or ability to withstand losses. Steps and estimates are not orders or guaranteed outcomes. Please seek independently qualified advice if you need a personal financial recommendation. The legal classification of this service must be assessed under the rules of each territory where it is offered.
Bitcoin prices can rise or fall sharply, and you could lose all money you invest. Market prices, notifications, delivery times and calculations may be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Examples and projections rely on assumptions; reaching your goal is not guaranteed.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You sign in with an email you control or with Sign in with Apple, and you are responsible for keeping your password, your Apple account and your devices secure. You may correct information and delete your account using the app, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy. If the service is misused, we may restrict access in a proportionate way and provide applicable notice or an opportunity to contact Support.
Price
SELAS is free during its initial release, without a 30-day trial deadline. No subscription or automatic charge is active in this version. Any future paid offering will be disclosed separately, with its price, terms and required purchase consent before payment.
Fair use
Do not interfere with security or availability, attempt to access another person's account, unlawfully resell or republish SELAS steps as a separate service, or use SELAS for unlawful activities.
Availability and changes
We work to provide timely information but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, notifications arriving on time, or that a step will always remain available for its maximum period. We may change features or these Terms. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and seek affirmative acceptance where applicable law requires it.
Responsibility and liability
You make your own decisions about whether and how to transact with third parties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ONBIT does not guarantee market outcomes and is not responsible for losses caused by market movements or third-party transactions outside SELAS. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
